Painting machine for wooden boxes
An automatic painting machine allows painting wooden parts with maximum dimensions: (L) 2,5 m х (W) 1,2 m х (H) 0,6 m.
Automatic painting of 5 sides of each detail increases production efficiency and ensures high-quality spraying. An integrated high-pressure paint system makes it possible to save a considerable amount of paint if compared with traditional pneumatic spraying.
The painting machine is easy to use and reduces labour effort significantly. Just two employees are needed to fulfill a simple task: to load and unload the paint machine.
A computer controls a motion trajectory of a spray gun to achieve even transfer of the paint onto the surface and fine precision.
The door for loading parts into the machine moves up and down automatically, thus the paint area is closed.
The air supply unit filtrates the air and sends it to the paint area.
An air flow directs excess spray mist and volatile organic compounds to the water floor and a vertical stainless steel water filter.
