Complete Line Configuration

The finishing line consists of the following integrated modules:

1. Clean Room (Surface Preparation Area)

A dedicated clean room for workpiece preparation prior to coating. This ensures that dust and contaminants are removed, guaranteeing optimal surface quality and coating adhesion.

2. P&F Automatic Conveyor System

An automated P&F (Power & Free) overhead conveyor that seamlessly transports workpieces through the entire finishing cycle — from preparation, through painting and drying, to final unloading. The system ensures synchronized material flow and minimizes manual handling.

3. Two Main Painting Chambers

Equipped with advanced filtration and ventilation systems, the two spraying booths provide efficient overspray capture, a clean and contaminant-free painting environment, flexibility for different coating types and colors, and minimal downtime between color changes.

4. Tunnel-Type Drying Chamber with IR Post-Curing Zone

The drying tunnel features an integrated infrared (IR) zone for accelerated post-curing. Benefits include faster throughput, reduced risk of wood warping or deformation, energy-efficient drying process, and consistent finish quality across all workpieces.

5. Additional Painting Booth for Small Components

A separate, dedicated spraying chamber for painting smaller parts and accessories. This allows the main painting chambers to focus on large frame profiles, significantly improving overall line efficiency and reducing bottlenecks.

6. Air Preparation and Supply System

The line includes a centralized air handling unit that conditions and delivers air to all painting and drying zones.
