Development of a custom automatic painting machine for installation in the client's paint booth.

Installation of a shot blasting booth for paint surface preparation, a paint spray booth, and a drying oven. Paint mixing rooms. Implementation of a manual parts conveyor system.

Painting and Drying Booth 5 x 15m. Drying zone - 9 x 5m with vertical plenums. Open-type painting booth. Supply and exhaust units are located near to the booth.

The project involves the organization of the workshop space and its outfitting with equipment, including a 7x4 meter automotive spray booth, an automatic door painting machine, and an automatic profile painting machine. It also covers the establishment of a dedicated cutting and sanding area within the workshop.
