The project was implemented for a company producing solid wood interior doors. The goal was to increase productivity and automate painting, ensuring consistent coating quality.
The ONETECH automatic painting machine is custom-designed to fit the client’s paint booth and product dimensions. Its automatic door flipping mechanism allows painting from six sides, reducing cycle time and improving efficiency.The machine is easy to operate, requiring only two operators for loading and unloading. Spray gun trajectories are programmable via a touch panel and controlled by a computer, ensuring uniform coating and repeatable results.Equipped with a 3D scanner, light curtain, and automatic spray head cleaning system, the line adapts to product sizes, enhances safety, and minimizes downtime. Suitable for PU, PE, UV, NC, and water-based paints.
