This project involves the design of a universal painting and drying booth for high-quality coating application and subsequent drying of large-sized products. The total booth area is 75 m² (5 x 15 meters), providing ample space for handling large objects.
Design Features and Layout
- Painting Zone: Implemented as an open-type design, ensuring easy loading and operator convenience.
- Drying Zone: Features a dedicated chamber section measuring 9 x 5 meters (45 m²). This zone is equipped with vertical plenums that ensure uniform and controlled distribution of hot air throughout the entire volume, which is crucial for achieving a flawless finish without defects.
- Equipment Location: The supply and exhaust air handling units are installed adjacent to the booth. This solution facilitates easier access for maintenance and repair, while also reducing noise levels in the main working area.
