We delivered a complete turnkey fit-out for a modern vehicle service station, designed to handle a full range of body repair, painting, preparation, and tire service operations. The facility was engineered to manage repairs of any complexity — from minor cosmetic damage to full repainting of large vehicles — while ensuring high efficiency, precision, and workflow ergonomics.
Painting and Bodywork Zone:
- Two advanced spray booths: ONETECH Minibus for large vehicles (minibuses, SUVs) and ONETECH Pro for passenger cars with fast painting and drying cycles.
- Spacious ONETECH preparation bays (up to 10,200 × 3,900 mm) providing full access to vehicle body elements.
Straightening Area:
- Autogobot B10 B SET high-precision frame for restoring vehicle geometry.
- EASYBENCH 1 straightening bench for various chassis types.
- An additional Autogobot B10 B SET to increase throughput and flexibility.
Maintenance and Support Zones:
- ONETECH NT-B4000 L electro-hydraulic lift for heavy-duty maintenance.
- Dedicated ventilated mix room (9,150 × 2,200 × 3,500 mm) for safe paint and chemical storage.
- ONETECH wheel balancer and tire changer for accurate tire servicing.
- ONETECH NT09V-Turbo 8.5 dust extraction system supporting multiple sanding stations.
