The painting and bodywork zone is equipped with two advanced spray booths: the ONETECH Minibus paint booth, designed for large vehicles such as minibuses and SUVs, and the ONETECH Pro paint booth, optimized for passenger cars with fast painting and drying cycles. For preparation and metalwork, spacious ONETECH preparation bays (up to 10,200 × 3,900 mm) provide comfortable working conditions and full access to vehicle body elements from all sides.
The straightening area is оснащена professional equipment including the Autogobot B10 B SET, a high-precision frame for restoring vehicle geometry, and the EASYBENCH 1 straightening bench, allowing work with various chassis types. An additional Autogobot B10 B SET ensures increased throughput and operational flexibility.
For maintenance operations, the facility includes an ONETECH NT-B4000 L electro-hydraulic lift designed for heavy-duty use. A dedicated ventilated mix room (9,150 × 2,200 × 3,500 mm) is installed for safe storage of paints and chemicals in compliance with fire safety standards.
The tire service area is equipped with an ONETECH wheel balancer and ONETECH tire changer, ensuring accurate and efficient servicing. To maintain a safe working environment, an ONETECH NT09V-Turbo 8.5 dust extraction system is installed, capable of supporting multiple sanding stations simultaneously.
The completed project represents a fully equipped, turnkey production complex capable of servicing a wide range of vehicles — from passenger cars to large vehicles — and delivering high-quality body repair in accordance with international standards.
