We implemented a state-of-the-art, two-zone finishing system designed for efficient, high-quality coating of doors and other large products. The system features a spacious layout with clearly separated functions:
- Painting zone (11 x 6 m): Equipped with an automatic door painting machine for consistent primer and topcoat application, complemented by two open-type spray booths for manual touch-ups and special finishes.
- Drying zone (9 x 8 m): Features vertical plenum systems to ensure uniform and rapid curing.
- Roof-mounted ventilation: All supply and exhaust units are installed on the booth's roof, a key design feature that optimizes shop floor space utilization.
Key Advantages:
- Hybrid painting capability: Combines the efficiency of automation for bulk work with the flexibility of manual booths for detailed or custom finishing.
- Optimized workflow: Dedicated painting and drying zones enable continuous, uninterrupted processing.
- Space-saving design: Roof-mounted ventilation frees up valuable production floor area.
- Consistent quality: Automated application and controlled drying environments ensure uniform, repeatable results.
Results Delivered:
- Increased throughput with parallel painting and drying operations.
- High-quality, consistent coating finish.
- Efficient use of production space.
- Flexibility to handle both standard and special orders.
This project demonstrates our ability to design and install integrated, space-efficient finishing systems that combine automation with manual flexibility for maximum productivity and quality.
