We implemented a large-scale painting and drying booth system consisting of four interconnected zones, designed for high-throughput industrial finishing. The system configuration includes:
- Two open-type spray booths (6 x 4.5 m) with ceiling plenums for painting operations.
- Two interconnected drying booths (6 x 6 m) with vertical plenums for efficient curing.
- Supply and exhaust ventilation units located adjacent to the booths for optimized airflow management.
Key Advantages:
- Dedicated workflow zones: Separating painting and drying functions enables continuous, uninterrupted processing.
- High capacity: The system is designed to handle large volumes and oversized items.
- Controlled environment: Ceiling and vertical plenums ensure uniform airflow and temperature distribution for consistent quality.
- Space-efficient layout: Interconnected zones and adjacent ventilation units optimize the production footprint.
Results Delivered:
- Increased throughput with parallel painting and drying operations.
- Improved and consistent coating quality through controlled conditions.
- Enhanced operational efficiency with a streamlined, logical workflow.
This project showcases our capability to design and install complex, multi-zone paint shop systems that significantly boost productivity and quality for industrial finishing operations.
